Reporting suspected violations of state law
Effective: September 30, 2025; Latest Legislation: House Bill 96 - 136th General Assembly
To the extent permitted by state or federal law, a representative of the youth and family ombudsmen office may report to an appropriate authority any suspected violation of state law discovered during the course of a complaint review.
