Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 5119.99

Penalties

Effective: September 30, 2025; Latest Legislation: House Bill 96 (GA 136), Senate Bill 138 (GA 136)

(A) Whoever violates section 5119.333, division (A) of section 5119.392, or division (A) of section 5119.395 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.

(B) Whoever violates section 5119.27 or 5119.28, division (O) of section 5119.36, or division (A)(1) or (2) of section 5119.37 of the Revised Code is guilty of a felony of the fifth degree.

The Legislative Service Commission presents the text of this section as a composite of the section as amended by multiple acts of the General Assembly. This presentation recognizes the principle stated in R.C. 1.52(B) that amendments are to be harmonized if reasonably capable of simultaneous operation.
