Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 5180.31

[Former R.C. 5123.024, amended and renumbered by H.B. 33, 135th General Assembly, effective 1/1/2025] Implementation of part C early intervention services program

Effective: January 1, 2025; Latest Legislation: House Bill 33 - 135th General Assembly

The department of children and youth may do any of the following as the lead agency to implement the state's part C early intervention services program, as described in section 5180.30 of the Revised Code:

(A) Enter into an interagency agreement with one or more other state agencies to implement the program and ensure coordination of early childhood programs;

(B) Distribute program funds through contracts, grants, or subsidies to entities that are program service providers;

(C) Establish a system of payment to program service providers.
