Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 519.08

Public hearing on zoning plan

Effective: April 3, 2025; Latest Legislation: House Bill 315 - 135th General Assembly

After receiving the certification of a zoning plan from the township zoning commission, and before adoption of any zoning resolution, the board of township trustees shall hold a public hearing on the resolution, at least thirty days' notice of the time and place of which shall be given by one publication using at least one of the following methods:

(A) In the print or digital edition of a newspaper of general circulation in the township;

(B) On the official public notice web site established under section 125.182 of the Revised Code;

(C) On the web site and social media account of the township.
