Tourism development district interstate signage; lighting

A sign may be displayed adjacent to an interstate highway system that uses light-emitting diode lighting if the sign is located within the boundaries of a tourism development district designated by a township under section 503.56 of the Revised Code or a municipal corporation under section 715.014 of the Revised Code except to the extent limited or prohibited by this chapter, any rule adopted under this chapter, or any zoning regulation adopted by a county, municipal corporation, or other local zoning authority with jurisdiction.
