That portion of the road known as state route number one hundred seventy, running in a northwesterly and southeasterly direction between the southeastern border of the municipal corporation of Poland and the northwestern border of the township of Springfield, in Mahoning county, shall be known as the "Poland Township Police Officer Richard E. Becker Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
