In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number two hundred sixty-nine between the intersection of that route and Potter road and the intersection of that route and Parker road, in Erie county, shall be known as the "Patrolman Paul L. McManis Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
