The bridge spanning interstate route number six hundred eighty, located in Mahoning county and being a part of the highway known as state route number one hundred sixty-four, shall be known as "Don Manning Memorial Bridge."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
