Carl and Louis Stokes Opportunity Corridor

The planned boulevard that will run in a northeasterly and southwesterly direction from the intersection of east fifty-fifth street and interstate route four hundred ninety to approximately the intersection of east one hundred fifth street and Chester avenue within the municipal corporation of Cleveland shall be known as the "Carl and Louis Stokes Opportunity Corridor."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
