In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number three hundred fifteen between the intersection of that route and Bethel road and the intersection of that state route and state route one hundred sixty-one, in Franklin county, shall be known as the "Captain David "Hank" Spellacy Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
