Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 5534.65

Sgt. William 'Bill' Endress and Geneva Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Highway

Known as the Specialist Law

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route five hundred thirty-four, running in a northerly and southerly direction between the intersection of that route and state route eighty-four and the intersection of that route and Roosevelt drive, within Ashtabula county only, shall be known as the "Sgt. William 'Bill' Endress and Geneva Vietnam War Veterans Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
