Sergeant James F. Allen III Memorial Highway

The eastbound and westbound lanes of state route number two hundred sixty-one between the intersection of that route and state route number ninety-four and the intersection of state route number two hundred sixty-one and state route number twenty-one, in Medina and Summit counties, shall be known as the "Sergeant James F. Allen III Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
