Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 5534.70

Neil Armstrong Memorial Way

Known as the Specialist Law

The following portions of state route number one hundred twenty-three within Warren county only shall be known as the "Neil Armstrong Memorial Way":

(A) Commencing at the intersection of that state route and state route number one hundred twenty-two on the east side of the community of Red Lion and proceeding in a southerly direction to the intersection of state route number one hundred twenty-three and Hart road within the municipal corporation of Lebanon;

(B) Within the municipal corporation of Lebanon, the portion of state route number one hundred twenty-three known as the state route number one hundred twenty-three bypass, commencing at the intersection of the bypass and Hart road and proceeding in a southerly direction to the intersection of the bypass and state route number sixty-three.

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along those portions of the highway indicating their name.
