In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number ninety-three running in a northeasterly and southwesterly direction between the intersections of that route and state route number five hundred sixteen and that route and sunset boulevard road northwest in Tuscarawas county shall be known as the "PFC Oscar F. Nicewander Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
