Sgt. Herman Zerger Highway

Known as the Specialist Law

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as state route number seventy-eight, running in an easterly and westerly direction from the border of Monroe and Noble counties to the intersection of that route and state route number twenty- six within Monroe county, shall be known as the "Sgt. Herman Zerger Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
