The bridge spanning Grand river that is a part of Fairport road and that is a primary entrance and exit to Fairport Harbor, in Lake county, shall be known as the "Col. Donald Blakeslee Memorial Bridge."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.
