In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of interstate route number seventy-five between east fourth street and national road, in Allen and Auglaize counties, shall be known as the "SPC Christian M. Neff Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
