Lance Corporal James Sprowl Memorial Highway

In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the northbound and southbound lanes of state route number ninety-nine between the intersection of that route and county road number sixty-four and the intersection of that route and county road number one hundred nineteen, in Huron county, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal James Sprowl Memorial Highway."

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
