In addition to any other name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, the portion of the road known as state route number nineteen, running in a northerly and southerly direction, between the intersection of that route and Link road and that route and interstate route number ninety, in Sandusky county, shall be known as the "Teresa Miller-Martin 9/11 Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
