In addition to any other name in the Revised Code or otherwise, the eastbound and westbound lanes of United States route number thirty-three between state route number five hundred forty and state route number two hundred ninety-two, in Logan county only, shall be known as the "Marine Gunnery Sgt. David S. Spicer Memorial Highway."
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers along the highway indicating its name.
