Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 5924.133

Conduct unbecoming an officer and a lady or gentleman

Effective: September 28, 2012; Latest Legislation: House Bill 490 - 129th General Assembly

Any commissioned officer who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an officer and a lady or gentleman shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
