Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 918.05

Health requirements for employees

Effective: April 6, 2023; Latest Legislation: House Bill 281 - 134th General Assembly

The director of agriculture may require an employee of an establishment to submit to a health examination by a physician at any time. No individual having any communicable disease, including any communicable skin disease, and no person with infected wounds and no person who is a carrier of a communicable disease shall be employed in any capacity in an establishment.
