Responses to discovery requests

A. In a public utility proceeding subject to subsection B of Section 152 of Title 17 of the Oklahoma Statutes, responses to any document request, data request or interrogatory shall be due within ten (10) business days from the date of receipt, unless an objection is filed or the parties agree in writing to a different response time. B. In any other public utility proceeding, responses to any document request, data request or interrogatory shall be due no later than twenty (20) days after service of the document or data request or interrogatory, unless an objection is filed or the parties agree in writing to a different response time. C. The Commission may allow a shorter or longer time for response for good cause shown, but in no event may the Commission order a response to be served in less than ten (10) business days, except as otherwise agreed by the parties. D. Any request or interrogatory received after 3:00 p.m. shall be deemed received on the next regular business day.
