Employees under Federal Underground Injection Control Project

A. Prior to July 1, 1991, full-time-equivalent employee positions filled contingent upon the procurement of funding provided under the Federal Underground Injection Control Program shall be in the unclassified service and not subject to the provisions of the Oklahoma Personnel Act. Said full-time-equivalent employee positions funded by the Federal Underground Injection Control Program shall terminate upon the exhaustion of said federal funding. B. On and after July 1, 1991, full-time-equivalent employees positions filled pursuant to subsection A of this section shall be in the classified service and subject to the provisions of the Oklahoma Personnel Act.
