A. The Legislature declares that it is in the interest of Oklahoma to promote the use of cedar tree wood products and residue as an energy source in the state in order to take advantage of the abundance of cedar trees growing in the state and its natural compatibility with other renewable energy sources. B. It is hereby declared the intent of the State of Oklahoma to promote use of cedar tree wood products and residue as a renewable energy fuel.
