Okla. Stat. tit. 18, § 1101

JURISDICTION OF COURT The district court shall have jurisdiction of the application prescribed in Section 100 of this act and of all questions arising in the proceedings thereon, and may make such orders and decrees and issue injunctions therein as justice and equity shall require.
