Foreign Corporations Doing Business Without Having Qualified - Injunctions

FOREIGN CORPORATIONS DOING BUSINESS WITHOUT HAVING QUALIFIED; INJUNCTIONS The district court shall have jurisdiction to enjoin any foreign corporation, or any agent thereof, from transacting any business in this state if such corporation has failed to comply with any provision of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act applicable to it or if such corporation has secured a certificate of the Secretary of State pursuant to the provisions of Section 130 of this act on the basis of false or misleading representations. The Attorney General, upon his own motion or upon the relation of proper parties, shall proceed for this purpose by petition in any county in which such corporation is doing business.
