DUPLICATION OF OKLAHOMA GENERAL CORPORATION ACT BY SECRETARY OF STATE; DISTRIBUTION The Secretary of State may have printed, from time to time as he deems necessary, pamphlet copies of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act for distribution to persons and corporations desiring the same for a sum not exceeding the cost of printing. The money received from the sale of the copies shall be disposed of as are other fees of the Office of the Secretary of State. Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent the free distribution of single pamphlet copies of the Oklahoma General Corporation Act by the Secretary of State.
