Okla. Stat. tit. 18, § 381.17

Contents of certificate of incorporation

The certificate of incorporation shall set forth:

1. The name of the association;

2. That its term of existence is perpetual;

3. That the purpose for which it is formed is to engage in the business of an association pursuant to the Oklahoma Savings and Loan Code and the rules promulgated thereunder;

4. The place where it is to maintain the main office for the transaction of business;

5. The names and addresses of the incorporators, and the amounts of the deposit accounts or number of shares of stock subscribed by each of them;

6. If the association will be a stock association, the number of shares of stock of each class to be authorized and issued and the par value per share; and 7. Such other proper provisions to govern the business and affairs of the association as may be desired by the incorporators.
