Oklahoma Pandemic Center for Innovation and Excellence - Limitation on use of funds. Of the funds appropriated to the Oklahoma State University Veterinary Medicine Authority in Section 108 of Enrolled Senate Bill No. 1125 of the 2nd Session of the 59th Oklahoma Legislature, none shall be used for equipment, personnel, or operations of the Oklahoma Pandemic Center for Innovation and Excellence.
