Persons subject to order restricting right to vote - Notification of secretary of county election board

Added by Laws 1994, c. 343, § 19, eff

A. The clerk of the district court shall notify the secretary of the county election board of the name of each person who is the subject of an order by the district court restricting, limiting, suspending, or otherwise altering their right to vote. B. The clerk of the district court shall notify the secretary of the county election board of the name of each person whose right to vote has been reinstated or otherwise modified.
