22. The counties of Seminole, Hughes and Pontotoc. Until August 31, 2013, said district to have three (3) district judges to be nominated and elected as follows: One candidate to be nominated and elected at large and a legal resident of Pontotoc County; one candidate to be nominated and elected at large and a legal resident of Seminole or Hughes County; and one candidate to be nominated and elected at large and a legal resident of Seminole County. Beginning September 1, 2013, said district to have two (2) district judges to be nominated and elected as follows: One candidate to be nominated and elected at large and a legal resident of Pontotoc County and one candidate to be nominated and elected at large and a legal resident of Seminole or Hughes County.
