Intent to compel woman to marry

R.L. 1910, § 2421

Any person who takes any woman unlawfully against her will, with the intent to compel her by force, menace or duress to marry him, or to marry any other person, shall be guilty of a Class B4 felony offense punishable by imprisonment in the State Penitentiary not exceeding ten (10) years.
