Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 1168.1

Buying, selling or bartering for profit of human skeletal remains or associated burial furniture - Felony

Added by Laws 1987, c. 204, § 13, operative July 1, 1987

Anyone who knowingly buys, sells or barters for profit human skeletal remains or associated burial furniture previously buried within this state shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of this title.
