Larceny from the house

Added by Laws 1937, p. 14, § 1

Any person entering and stealing any money or other thing of value from any house, railroad car, tent, booth or temporary building shall be guilty of larceny from the house. Larceny from the house is a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title.
