Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 1872

Possession of unlawful telecommunication or cloning devices

A. Any person who knowingly possesses an unlawful telecommunication device shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor. B. Any person who knowingly possesses five or more unlawful telecommunication devices at the same time shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense punishable by incarceration as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of this title. C. Any person who:

1. Knowingly possesses an instrument capable of intercepting electronic serial number and mobile identification number combinations under circumstances evidencing an intent to clone; or 2. Knowingly possesses cloning paraphernalia under circumstances evidencing an intent to clone, shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense punishable by incarceration as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of this title.
