Preventing meetings of Legislature

R.L. 1910, § 2163

Any person who willfully and by force or fraud prevents the State Legislature or either of the houses composing it, or any of the members thereof, from meeting or organizing shall be guilty of a Class C2 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of this title, or by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), or both.
