Okla. Stat. tit. 21, § 948

Officers - Illegal gambling - Collusion - Penalties

Any state, district, city, town, county or township officer who shall engage or participate in, or who shall assist or encourage any other person or persons in any kind of illegal gambling, whether the same be by cards, dice, dominoes, billiards or any game of chance or a gambling device, by betting money, property or other things of value in such game of chance, or gambling device, such officer shall be deemed guilty of a Class C2 felony offense, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), or by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20M of this title, and such judgment of conviction shall carry with it an immediate removal from office and a disqualification to hold any office of profit or trust in the State of Oklahoma.
