Following the entry of a judgment that includes a fine or an order of criminal forfeiture pursuant to the provisions of the Oklahoma Racketeer-Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, or both, the district court may enter a restraining order or an injunction, require the execution of a satisfactory bond, or take any other action, including the appointment of a receiver, that the district court deems proper to protect the interests of the state. An order of criminal forfeiture shall authorize the Attorney General or district attorney to seize the property declared forfeited upon such terms and conditions, relating to the time and manner of seizure, as the district court shall deem proper.
