Transfer to Attorney General

Added by Laws 1968, c. 388, § 706

A. A local commission may refer a matter under its jurisdiction to the Attorney General. B. At any time after a complaint under Section 1101 et seq. of this title is filed, the Attorney General may require a local commission to transfer any related proceeding to the Attorney General. After the local commission is requested to transfer a proceeding, the local commission has no further jurisdiction over the proceeding except to take appropriate action to implement the transfer to the Attorney General.
