The powers and duties of the Oklahoma Planning and Resources Board relating to aviation as prescribed by 3 O.S. 1961, Section 25, are hereby transferred to and vested in the Oklahoma Aeronautics Commission. Laws 1963, c. 354, § 9, emerg. eff. June 22, 1963.
