Penalties

Known as the Oklahoma Charity Games Act

A. Any person convicted of violating any provision of the Amusement and Carnival Games Act, with the exception of subsection A of Section 504 of this title, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by not more than two hundred twenty (220) days of community service, or by the imposition of a fine of not more than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), or by both such fine and community service. B. Any person convicted of violating subsection A of Section 504 of this title shall be guilty of a Class D3 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20P of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by the imposition of a fine of not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by both such imprisonment and fine.
