Sale of ticket or share to person under 18 - Penalty

Known as the Oklahoma Charity Games Act

Sale of ticket or share to person under 18 - Penalty. Any person who sells a lottery ticket or share to a person under eighteen (18) years of age or permits a person under eighteen (18) years of age to play any lottery games shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) nor more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for the first offense and for each subsequent offense not less than Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) nor more than One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) and imprisonment for up to one (1) year in the county jail.
