Okla. Stat. tit. 40, § 197.14

Penalty for failure to post notice

Any employer failing to post the notice required by Section 6 of this act shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), and each week he fails to post such notice shall constitute a separate offense. Laws 1965, c. 427, § 14, emerg. eff. July 8, 1965.
