Okla. Stat. tit. 42, § 102

Discharge of lien when satisfied

It shall be the duty of the holder of the lien under this act when the same is satisfied to immediately file a notice of discharge thereof with the county clerk of the county wherein the lien is filed. Failure to do so shall subject the holder of the lien to a fine of not less than Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00). Laws 1917, c. 187, p. 352, § 6.
