Every person having an interest in property subject to a lien, has a right to redeem it from the lien, at any time after the claim is due, and before his right of redemption is foreclosed. B. Neither this section nor any existing or future order or regulation of any entity of state government or case law or common law shall be construed as limiting or diminishing any federally guaranteed "right of first refusal" granted by the Agricultural Credit Act of 1987 (P.L. 100-233).
