ARTICLE 58D. Parole. The system of parole established pursuant to Section 10 of Article VI of the Oklahoma Constitution and Titles 22 and 57 of the Oklahoma Statutes shall be applicable to any person in any place of confinement under the control of the state military forces or in any penal or correctional institution used or under the control of the Oklahoma Department of Corrections when such person is in confinement as a result of a sentence adjudged by a court-martial conducted by the state military forces.
