ARTICLE 103C. Unlawful disclosure of confidential information. Any person subject to the Oklahoma Uniform Code of Military Justice who, with intent or reason to believe that it is to be used in the commission of a crime or act of terrorism under Oklahoma law, communicates, delivers or transmits, or attempts to communicate, deliver or transmit confidential information, directly or indirectly, to any other person shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
