Registration and licensing exemption - Insurance requirement. A. A personal delivery device is exempt from motor vehicle licensing and registration requirements under the laws of this state. B. A personal delivery device operator shall maintain an insurance policy that provides general liability coverage of at least One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) for damages arising from the operation of the device.
