Issuance of license - License without examination

The Oklahoma State Board of Examiners of Psychologists may issue a license pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act:

1. To a qualified applicant who has successfully passed the examination prescribed by the Board and who has paid the fee required by the rules promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act; or 2. Upon application to the Board and payment of the fees required by the Board by rules of the Board promulgated pursuant to the provisions of the Psychologists Licensing Act, to any person who is a diplomate of the American Board of Professional Psychology, or who holds a current Certificate of Professional Qualification in Psychology from the Association of State and Provincial Psychology Boards, or who is licensed as a psychologist by a state with whom the Board has established a formal written agreement of reciprocity.
